As the new academic session is going to commence from 1 April 2026, the management provided teachers with clear and purposeful direction. Using the metaphor of “sharpening the axe,” Sr. Merlin inspired the staff to enhance their effectiveness and competence through thoughtful, smart, and contemporary approaches to education.
Teachers were encouraged to focus on the vocational relevance of learning, along with the holistic development of every student. The Teachers’ Enhancement Programme further enabled the staff to upskill themselves and adopt innovative practices in their teaching.
Sr. Digna, the Manager, also addressed the staff, outlining the management’s rules, regulations, and the terms and conditions of the institution, ensuring clarity and alignment among all.
With renewed commitment and preparedness, the entire SFC community stands ready to nurture and shape future-ready citizens in the academic session 2026–27.
